Ex 1 — Agree: employees should work from home159 words
The survey asks whether employees should be allowed to work from home several days a week. I strongly agree with this policy for two main reasons. First, remote work saves a significant amount of commuting time. For example, my neighbour used to spend two hours a day driving to her downtown office; now she uses that time to exercise, prepare healthy meals, and even start work earlier. This directly improves employee well-being, energy, and daily productivity. Second, flexible arrangements help companies keep talented staff. When workers can balance family duties with their careers, they are far less likely to quit their jobs. As a result, employers spend less money on hiring and training replacements, and experienced employees stay longer with the organization. In short, working from home benefits both employees and employers. Although some may argue that teamwork suffers when people are not in the office, modern video tools make daily collaboration easy, so I firmly support this policy.
