By using PugPrep, you agree to use the platform lawfully, protect your account credentials, and avoid misuse of the service or its content.

Using the platform
You may use PugPrep for personal learning and test preparation. You must not abuse the platform, attempt to disrupt service, or copy paid content for redistribution.

Accounts and access
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login details secure. Access levels and features may vary by plan.

Payments, subscriptions, and refunds
Paid plans renew according to the billing terms shown at checkout unless cancelled. New paid subscribers are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment, provided you have completed no more than 2 full mock tests and no more than 10 practice activities. The guarantee applies once per customer, to a first purchase only, and does not cover dissatisfaction based on official CELPIP test results. To request a refund, contact us through Help & support.

PugPrep provides educational tools and AI-generated feedback to support CELPIP preparation. Results and score improvements are not guaranteed.
