A friend can't sleep before exams193 words
I can really understand why you're stressed, because exams are tough and losing sleep only makes it worse. The first thing I would strongly recommend is setting a fixed bedtime and putting your phone in another room, since the screen light keeps your brain awake. Another thing you could do is stop studying at least an hour before bed and do something calm instead, like reading or light stretching, so your mind has time to wind down. I'd also suggest cutting out coffee and energy drinks after lunch, because the caffeine can stay in your body for hours and quietly ruin your rest. One more thing that really helped me was keeping a notebook by the bed, so if a worry pops up you can write it down and deal with it in the morning instead of lying there replaying it. If you try these steps for a week, I think you'll fall asleep faster and feel much sharper during the test. Don't be too hard on yourself either; a calm, rested mind will always perform better than an exhausted one. You've got this, so just take it one night at a time.
