范文 1 —— 同意:课堂禁用手机155 词
The survey asks whether cell phones should be banned during class time in high schools. Although I understand the arguments on both sides, I agree with the ban. Admittedly, phones can support learning; students use them to look up definitions, scan class materials, and manage their schedules. However, in practice the distractions clearly outweigh these benefits. My cousin's school allowed phones last year, and teachers reported that students were checking social media every few minutes and that test scores dropped noticeably by the spring. In addition, a ban protects students from social pressure. When phones are put away, teenagers cannot film or photograph classmates without permission, which reduces bullying and embarrassing posts. Schools that introduced strict phone policies have reported friendlier classrooms and more face-to-face conversation at lunch. In conclusion, even after weighing the convenience phones offer, the educational and social gains of a classroom ban are far greater. I therefore firmly support this policy.
范文 2 —— 反对:市中心禁止餐车161 词
The survey asks whether the city should ban food trucks from the downtown core. Although I see why the idea was raised, I disagree with the proposed ban. Admittedly, restaurant owners have a fair concern: food trucks pay lower fees, park near their doors, and compete for the same lunch customers. However, this problem can be solved with sensible rules rather than a total ban. For example, Ottawa requires trucks to park a minimum distance from restaurants, and both kinds of business now serve full crowds at noon. Furthermore, food trucks bring real benefits downtown. They give new cooks an affordable way to start a business, they draw office workers out onto the streets, and they keep quiet corners lively and safe in the evening. Banning them would make the core less interesting for everyone. In conclusion, even after weighing the restaurants' concerns, a complete ban goes too far. Smarter parking rules would protect both sides, so I oppose the proposal.
